We are Brad and Liz Robertson, the founders of TEN14. Our company name is inspired by our wedding date: October 14th. Relationships can inspire us, and we hope ours, along with our knowledge, experience, and education will inspire you and your team as you embrace the changing workspace.

About Us
​​Liz has spent the last twenty years training emerging generations through her work in higher education. Liz loves to travel, visit family and friends, and can often be found reading a good book with a matcha latte in hand. Liz holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University where she conducted research on the workplace expectations of Gen Z.

Brad has twenty five years of experience leading and managing teams. He is a master facilitator with a background in organizational leadership. Brad enjoys a shot of espresso, meeting new people, and having fun with family and friends. Brad is a certified personal and professional coach and is licensed through the International Coaching Federation and UC Davis.
